SLOT HOME RAVE is back. This time with a proper techno edition featuring an exclusive hardware live set by Jotam. (SMASH Berlin) and DJ sets by Hamburg based producers Danya (PAL and Bunker resident) and Yevhen Petrenko (DANS resident). Slot resident Passage will close the night.

Yevhen Petrenko
Yevhen is a dj and producer from Kyiv, Ukraine.
In 2019 he founded the IC4T collective and started organizing events across unique locations in Kyiv, cultivating a strong local following.
After the Russian invasion of Ukraine in March 2022, he relocated with his family to Hamburg, where he has reconnected with Hard Groove Techno and became a resident of DANS Collective.
Yevhen’s sets are immersive and emotionally charged. Whether it's deep and melodic or fast and driving, his music is always carefully selected and skillfully mixed to take the audience on a journey.
Having begun producing own music, Yevhen now incorporates unreleased tracks into his performances, adding a personal and exclusive layer to his sound.

Jotam.
Jotam.’s musical roots come from his early involvement in various punk and metal live projects. Following a visit to Berlin in 2011, he discovered electronic club music and started performing as a DJ in different underground venues in Tel Aviv and later in Berlin at parties like Staub and Smash once he relocated there. He has a live set residency at the queer shibari studio Kor, where they regularly perform three-hour live modular ambient sets during shibari sessions.
In his new solo live set, performed entirely with hardware machines, Jotam. takes the audience on a journey through shifting energies and atmospheres, focusing on depth and strongly influenced by his roots in guitar music. The performance follows the slowly evolving sequences of the modular synthesizer as the main narrative, exploring different states of the dance floor while focusing particularly on the more introspective ones.

Danya
Originally from Greece, Danya is a DJ and producer based in Germany, holding residencies at PAL (Hamburg) and Bunker Club (Kiel) and is a member of the 6D. collective. Her releases span labels such as Sine Space 7, Sublunar, NYXII, and Kluster Records, including her 2024 solo vinyl Sonata, which received strong support across the scene. She has performed at renowned venues including Tresor in Berlin, Rex Club, and FVTVR in Paris, sharing lineups with some of the scene’s most respected names. Driven by curiosity and a deep connection to this culture, her sound pushes at the edges of modern techno’s form.

Passage
slot resident passage will close the night with a hand-picked selection of her new favourite techno tracks. It's getting serious.

CHINYERE ist ein DJ und Soundproduzent aus Hamburg.
Er hat ein großes Herz für Gqom, Sghubu und Uthayela. Besonders gefallen ihm raue, laute Sounds mit schweren Basslines und Percussion. In seinen Sets mischt er diese Subgenres mit UK Garage, Global Bass und Breakbeats. Seine Sets und Tracks zeichnen sich durch harte und knackige Percussions und 2-Step-Rhythmen aus, die das Publikum mitreißen. Diese Veranstaltung wird gefördert durch den Hamburger Musikstadtfonds.

The Return of the Suﬁ Dub Brothers

Sie sind zurück.

Und eigentlich waren sie nie ganz weg. In den letzten Jahren haben sich Ashraf Sharif Khan und Viktor Marek einen ganz eigenen Platz in den Gehörmuscheln erspielt – allein durch die Wucht, den Witz und die Wellen ihrer unglaublichen Live-Sets.

Das Bemerkenswerte: Ihr Debütalbum „Suﬁ Dub Brothers“ erschien erst im August 2020, mitten im Pandemie-Wirrwarr – und nach beinahe zehn Jahren Produktionszeit. Timing ist relativ. Aber offenbar zweitrangig, wenn der Groove stimmt.

Ashraf und Viktor – Zwillinge von verschiedenen Kontinenten, bei der Geburt getrennt, aber wiedervereint (ob durch kosmische Fügung oder defekte Technik, bleibt offen) – haben es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, den Menschen den extraplanetarischen Hüftschwung zu bringen.

Live setzen sie auf Beats, Synths und Sitar – und hinterlassen nach ihren Shows ganze Reihen von Erdbewohner*innen mit offenen Mündern (grinsend) und offenen Schuhsohlen (tanzend). Zwischen Suﬁ und Sound-System, zwischen Ekstase und Erdung in ihrem selbst erfundenen MusikGenre „Suﬁ-Step“

Inzwischen verzichten sie ganz auf ihre vollen Künstlernamen und treten schlicht als Suﬁ Dub Brothers auf. Und genau unter diesem Namen steht nun der nächste Schritt an:

Ihr neues Album „The Return of the Suﬁ Dub Brothers“ erscheint im November 2025 beim genreoffenen Label Fun In The Church.

Der Titel? Eine liebevolle Verneigung vor Lee “Scratch” Perry – und ein Augenzwinkern in Richtung überdrehter Superhelden-Serien.

Die Musik? Noch tiefer, noch dubbiger, noch tanzbarer. Ein weiterer Beweis dafür, dass Dub und Sitar zusammen nicht nur Sinn ergeben, sondern auch die Tanzﬂäche retten können.
